NYTech's Office of Career Success and Experiential Education seeks an Assistant Director, Experiential Education located at the New York City campus.



Responsibilities

* At least 4 days in the New York City office per week.
* Assist in managing Experiential Education programs including the Edward Guiliano Global Fellowship, Internship Certificate Program, and others: student, employer, faculty communication, day-to-day operations, reporting support.
* Co-manage the Consultants for the Public Good Program, focusing on the New York City campus. This includes program management, promotion, recruitment and evaluation.
* Advise students and alumni on all areas of career development and career management including resume writing, interviewing and presentation skills, job search techniques and networking.
* Collaborate with academic partners to deliver career-related workshops, class presentations, and additional outreach programs to student organizations.
* Represent Career Success and Experiential Education at Admissions Open Houses, orientation programs, and other college-wide events which may occur on the weekend or in the evening.
* Assist with ongoing community partnerships aligned with CSEE initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Demonstrate understanding of experiential education.

Demonstrate previous experience with developing, promoting, managing and assessing programs.

Demonstrate knowledge of technical skills in common software including Microsoft Office,Google Drive.

USD $62,000.00/Yr.
