What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days



  • Learn company products, Order Entry procedures, and ERP systems.
  • Understand workflows between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments.
  • Process basic orders with guidance and increasing accuracy.


First 3 Months



  • Independently process standard orders and change orders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and order documentation.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies.


First 6 Months



  • Manage a full workload with minimal supervision.
  • Quickly identify missing or incorrect order information and drive resolution.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments.


First 12 Months



  • Consistently maintain high levels of order accuracy and productivity.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for order processing and issue resolution.
  • Anticipate potential problems and proactively prevent downstream impacts to manufacturing and customers.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience supporting Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical Service functions; manufacturing ERP experience; order management experience; familiarity with industrial or engineered products; ability to interpret technical specifications or drawings.

As a Order Entry Representative you will be offered pay of $21.00-$24.00 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
