TheBusiness Development Representative (BDR)for Quest Diagnostics Workforce Health Solutions (WHS) serves as the tip of the spear for our commercial organization. Reporting to theDirector of New Business Development, this role is directly responsible for fueling the sales pipeline by identifying high-value target employers, initiating outbound contact, and securing qualified meetings for our Account Executives. heBusiness Development Role plays a critical role in driving profitable sales growth and establishing initial client relationships to promote our comprehensive workforce solutions, including wellness programs, clinical testing, and biometric screenings.
