Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Create strong, innovative designs that adhere to brand guidelines and incorporate best-in-class design principles
  • Produce graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for print, web, email, and social platforms
  • Adapt and customize stock photo and video assets to meet specific project and brand requirements
  • Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images and video content
  • Refresh corporate decks, presentations, and marketing materials in conjunction with internal and external communication needs


  • Edit, update, and maintain SharePoint site communication pages
  • Manage, organize, and maintain visual assets, including existing photo and video libraries
  • Facilitate and execute mass printing requests with external vendors
  • Collaborate with members of the Communications and Marketing team and cross-functional partners across departments - including HR, Business Development, and Engineering - to execute high-quality communications across multiple channels


Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design-related work for marketing, corporate communications, or PR (aerospace/aviation/manufacturing/defense/industrial experience a plus)
  • Strong design, editing, and visual storytelling skills; portfolio across multiple formats and channels
  • Demonstrated experience creating graphics for social media campaigns and a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content
  • High level of proficiency with all standard design programs, including Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere), the Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint), and Canva
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to exercise initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
