Key Responsibilities (to name a few)

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to uphold quality standards, utilizing technical documents and data analysis.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and error-proofing strategies.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.
  • Coordinate calibrations and testing while maintaining accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, effectively navigating various platforms.
  • Update and maintain documentation

About You

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a college degree or professional certification.
  • Competency in reading, interpreting, and applying technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Strong computer skills for data entry and internet navigation.
  • Experience in team environments and leadership roles.
  • Analytical skills for data and problem analysis, as well as problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt and provide coverage for various roles within the department.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
