JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Cores Supervisor Department: Material Planning and Control Reports to: Warehouse and Logistics Manager

The COREs Supervisor manages all customer property processes including receiving (inbound), repair orders (outbound), discrepancies, and compliance. This role ensures FAA/OEM adherence, monitors and respecting KPIs, coordinates escalations, and leads staff development within the COREs department. 2. Oversee daily COREs department operations including receiving, PO processing, customer property flow, and internal routing; establish priorities for the team. |

Ensure compliance with FAA, and company requirements for customer-owned property and COREs; manage audit readiness and documentation accuracy. |

Ensure CORES metrics and KPI (e.g. POs, RL, QR..) are respected and aligned with the targets |

Coordinate with Quality, Material Planning, Customer Support, and Repairs to resolve escalations, material discrepancies, and workflow issues. |

Lead employee development through coaching, corrective actions, cross-training strategies, and performance evaluations; maintain training matrices. |

Ensure all CORES activities comply with applicable AWPC quality and warehouse procedures, including receiving inspection, control of nonconforming/quarantined material, scrapping, counterfeit prevention, customer-furnished material, and material shipping. |

- Qualifications for Position:
A. Education
Associate Degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. |
B. Experience
3 to 5 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including prior supervisory or lead experience. Experience in an aviation/MRO cores, repairable, or return-to-vendor environment is preferred. |
C. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in SAP WM/MM transactions (receipts, goods issue, transfers, inventory).
- Working knowledge of cores/repairable management and ship-to-vendor processes.
- Understanding of nonconforming material control, quarantine, and quality documentation requirements.
- Inventory control discipline, including cycle counting and ABC methodology.
- Demonstrated team leadership, workload balancing, and performance management ability.
- Strong cross-functional coordination with Customer Support, Quality Control, and Procurement.
