Job Description Dewberry Design-Builders Inc. is seeking a Regional Market Sector Leader to help lead and grow our designbuild water and wastewater practice across the Carolinas and MidAtlantic. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys shaping strategy, delivering complex infrastructure projects, and brings strong relationships with civil and specialty subcontractors throughout the region. This role offers a hybrid schedule. Why This Role MattersYou'll play a key role in advancing Dewberry's designbuild delivery strategy-leading pursuits, pricing, subcontractor development, and execution planning-while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll work closely with water market leadership and multidisciplinary teams to take projects from pursuit through construction and commissioning, while also helping grow our client relationships and backlog. Direct business development efforts and pursuit strategies for water/wastewater designbuild projects
