Are you a digital savvy, collaborative team player who thrives on turning ideas into action? We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. NTN Bearing Corporation of America (NBCA) is a major division of a multinational bearing manufacturing company providing highly engineered and quality precision components to the automotive and industrial markets.

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing initiatives,with a primary focus on content development, brand consistency, andcampaign support.This role will also gain exposure to digital marketing, website management, SEO, and analytics, with opportunities to grow in these areas over time.The ideal candidate is arecent graduate or earlycareer marketing professional who is a motivated self starter, with strong communication skills, and eager togainhandson experiencewhile building foundational skills across multiple areas of marketing.

PrimaryResponsibilities:



  • Content Development & Brand Management
  • Develop, design, and coordinate marketingcollaterals,including brochures, data sheets, presentations, event materials, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with company brand standards.
  • Create, edit, and repurpose content for digital channels, product launches, newsletters, and sales initiatives.
  • Managecorporate and brand social media channels, including content creation and scheduling, under guidance from Marketing Managers.


AdditionalResponsibilities:



  • Digital, Website & SEO
  • Assist with website updates using the content management system (CMS), including basic content edits and page updates.
  • Support SEO/AEOand content optimization efforts, learning best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure web content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital efforts.
  • Use insights to recommend content, campaign, and website improvements.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Entry level 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience inor interest in content creation, digital marketing, or social mediaand best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with or exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact, or similar tools, withawillingness to learn and grow.
  • Exposure to CMSmanaged websites (such as WordPress)or willingness to learn; LMS experience a plus.
  • Strong interest in developingSEO, analytics, and website optimizationskills; experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Pay ranges from $50K - $65K annually.
