Global Demand Planner
Overview A demand planner is responsible for developing and cross-functionally aligning a demand forecast, and for researching and analyzing sales trends and other factors related to demand planning. This role also manages forecasting tools, processes and reporting. It has a clear view of the entire supply chain and specializes in developing forecast models that will help determine the supply chain's demands. This role is entrusted with the task of developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external supply chain planning partners (for example, finance, sales and marketing, and product management) to refine and develop the forecast. Responsibilities
Lead the management and coordination of all consensus demand planning activities, including forecast development, integration of marketing insights, financial reconciliation, and communication of the most accurate demand outlook to stakeholders.
Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including Portfolio Review, Demand Review Consensus Meetings, and Site Review meetings, while ensuring all required demand planning inputs are prepared and delivered on a monthly basis. Qualifications
