Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner Manager serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning. This role partners with HR functional teams and business leaders to develop and implement solutions that support business objectives, improve employee engagement, and strengthen organizational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence leaders while managing complex HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to identify talent needs, assess organizational challenges, and develop strategic HR solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, consultant, and coach to leadership teams on workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent strategies.
  • Analyze workforce data and business trends to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support data-driven HR recommendations.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives by evaluating employee impacts, advising leaders on mitigation strategies, and supporting successful implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Facilitate annual performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, assess risk, and ensure alignment with HR policies and employment practices.
  • Partner with HR teams to develop and implement enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support compensation planning, workforce restructuring, and organizational change activities.
  • Mentor and support HR team members through coaching, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports.
  • Participate in HR leadership initiatives and provide recommendations to support organizational goals.
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior-level HR business partnering.
  • Experience advising and influencing executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters, organizational changes, and workforce initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment policies, and organizational development strategies.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs and talent management processes.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and use data insights to influence business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree or graduate degree in a related field preferred.


Work Experience



  • 8+ years of senior-level Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience supporting business leaders through organizational change, employee relations, compensation initiatives, and talent management programs preferred.
