  • Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.

This position supervises the work activities of Facility Management. The Manager oversees the team in completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, campus and/or portfolio of buildings.

  • Oversee and/or coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments performed by Technicians, Engineers, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, and landscaping.
  • Perform facilities inspections and prepare reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating and capital budgets as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Provides input and manages departmental budget.
  • Assists in maintenance of all statistical data and reporting systems, as required by Administration.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Maintains communication and acts as a liaison between shifts and departments in order to ensure a smooth operation and continuity of work.

Job Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Facility Manager credential
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver's License

Preferred Job Requirement:

  • Four (4) years of related progressive experience and/or training
  • 1st Class Engineer license
