Join Our Team as a Wax Assembler (3rd Shift)

We're looking for a detail-driven 3rd Shift Wax Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Mentor, OH. In this hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in building precision wax patterns used in advanced casting processes-contributing directly to the quality of our final products.

What You'll Do:

As a Wax Assembler on 3rd shift, you'll be responsible for assembling wax patterns efficiently while meeting strict quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble wax patterns to sprues following engineering specifications
  • Use hand tools such as exacto knives, hot tools, grinders, and inspection instruments
  • Work with materials including glue, wax compounds, China markers, and propane torches
  • Maintain daily production quotas with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Record production data and track time accurately using operational codes
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials (MSDS compliance)
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to new technologies
What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Previous casting or wax assembly experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools, inspection tools, and manufacturing processes

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute)
