Typical Qualifications

Minimum:

High school diploma or GED (some roles) or Associate degree in:
Chemistry
Materials Science
Engineering technology
Basic laboratory or manufacturing experience
Preferred:

Experience with:
Polymer or composite materials
Laboratory instrumentation
Aerospace or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow procedures
Key Skills

Laboratory testing & sample preparation
Materials characterization (including polymers/composites)
Data analysis and technical reporting
Equipment operation and calibration
Safety and quality compliance
Teamwork in production or R&D environments
