Requirements and Skills:

• Execute life insurance policy issuance tasks, including policy modifications, contract preparation, printing, binding, and mailing of policy documents.
• Process and apply premium payments accurately within company systems.
• Provide support to appointed insurance agents via phone and email with professional communication and strong telephone etiquette.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to agents and clients while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform accurate data entry of policy and payment information with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols and company compliance standards at all times.
• Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned policy issue tasks in a timely and organized manner.
• Utilize basic computer systems and applications to complete daily workflow responsibilities.
• Manage time effectively while handling multiple policy processing tasks and deadlines.
• Work independently with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve basic policy issues.
• No prior life insurance experience required; comprehensive on-site training provided.
