Community Manager - Residential Property Management Washington, DC $35.00 per Hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Join a Leading Residential Property Management Team! NRI Staffing Resources is seeking an experienced Community Manager for an exciting Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a well-established residential property management company in Washington, DC. If you're a customer-focused property management professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing residential communities, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community Build positive relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service Manage leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention initiatives Supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendor and contractor services Monitor property appearance and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly Assist with budgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and local housing requirements Resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently Support occupancy goals through marketing and leasing strategies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of residential property management experience Previous experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, or similar platforms preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma required; college coursework or CAM designation is a plus Compensation & Benefits $35.00 per hour Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential Weekly pay while on assignment Opportunity to join a respected residential property management organization Professional growth and advancement opportunities upon permanent hire Why Work with NRI Staffing Resources?
