ChristianaCare's Primary Care at Springside is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting. The Registered Nurse II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, contributing as a trusted and integral member of the healthcare team. Primary Care at Springside is a well-established, team-based primary care practice staffed by five Physicians, two Physician Assistants, and one Nurse Practitioner. The clinical team is supported by two Registered Nurses and eight Medical Assistants, while five Medical Office Assistants provide administrative and patient support services. Together, this multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment. Work Schedule:
