Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed!

E-Coat Quality Lab Technician

Our E-Coat Quality Lab Technicians are responsible to detect, reduce, and correct deficiencies in order to improve the overall quality of product and/or process. This will be done by utilizing standard lab equipment and testing methods. Will also be responsible to perform preventative maintenance tasks, as well as identify needed areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance checks and maintenance tasks to assure the defined System parameters are met.
  • Assist in controlling the highest quality finished product through the means of inspection and process parameters analysis.
  • Check paint thickness and see if product is cured.
  • Visually checks parts large and small for paint defects, and/or damages
  • Investigate and resolve repetitive issues
  • Document testing results and discrepancies found throughout the day, both in general and in detail when applicable
  • Maintain a safe, clean and presentable workplace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Education: High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Work Experience: 5 years manufacturing and quality inspection; knowledge of titrations, PH and extractions preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States.
