As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you'll ensure our organization's data is effectively used to drive decision-making and business strategy. You'll develop reports and dashboards, maintain and improve existing solutions, and build tools that optimize business performance. Working closely with business units and cross-functional teams, you'll gather requirements to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that support business objectives and enable data-driven decisions. Ensuring Regulatory & Operational Excellence: Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Skills/Training:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
