Key Responsibilities: * Process a high volume of paper claims daily, including dispute-related submissions and certified mail containing extensive medical documentation * Perform pre-logging of claims to ensure accurate intake and tracking * Complete data entry with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency * Conduct research and validation of claim information to ensure completeness and compliance * Review and interpret CMS 1500 and UB-04 forms * Cross-reference claims and supporting documentation to ensure proper adjudication * Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards Production Expectations: * Process approximately 100 fully vetted and cross-referenced claims per day while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Qualifications: * Previous experience in claims processing or medical billing preferred * Strong knowledge of CMS 1500 and UB-04 claim forms * Excellent data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy * High attention to detail, particularly with claim numbers and documentation * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Additional Information: This position requires individuals who can manage a dynamic workload while maintaining precision and compliance.
