A Brief Overview The Field Marketing Representative visits with BHHC's wholesale agency partners nationally and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships while growing a book of business.What will you do?
- Understand and communicate BHHC's non admitted property product to the assigned wholesale agents Arrange virtual visits and in person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally.
- Act as decision maker within the territory regarding all levels of agency appointments, agency commitment levels, terminations, and other types of disciplinary actions.
- Identify possible opportunities for new business by working with agency partners to review in-force business and work with Company underwriters to assist in the acquisition and retention of larger accounts.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the assigned agents .
- In person travel approximately 25% of the time.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
- 3-5 years related work experience.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products.
- Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance.

Education Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
Experience Three or more years related work experience.
