| Position Summary |
The Student Success & Community Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting
MBA and MS Business Analytics student development through a combination of academic advising, experiential learning, and community-based programming. This position is responsible for delivering student success support while leading key initiatives that connect students to meaningful, real-world experiences, including the
MBA Nonprofit Board Fellows Program and the program's community engagement and volunteer requirement.
The role provides individualized advising and coaching to support student success, while also cultivating partnerships with nonprofit organizations, alumni, and community stakeholders to expand experiential learning opportunities. The coordinator oversees the structure, execution, and assessment of the
MBA volunteer requirement and ensures alignment between co-curricular experiences and the program's leadership development goals.
This position requires strong relationship management, program development, and advising skills, as well as the ability to operate with a high level of independence in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

- Provide guidance and coaching to students serving on nonprofit boards to maximize learning and impact.
