CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer (Mid-to-Principal Level) to join our Water Team in Bethlehem, PA. In this principal-level role, you will lead critical initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver forward-thinking solutions that strengthen infrastructure, protect public health, and support sustainable communities. What You'll Do:
Lead all phases of multifaceted water/wastewater infrastructure projects such as treatment plants, collection systems, water distribution, pump stations, pfas treatment, and rehabilitation programs-from concept through completion-by developing advanced engineering designs, technical reports, and contract documentation, while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineering staff

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
