This organization plays a crucial role in ensuring individuals receive the vital pharmaceutical support they need, making a tangible difference in communities nationwide.

Are you ready to be at the heart of patient care, directly contributing to the safe and timely distribution of essential medications? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a vital part of our medication fulfillment process. In this role, you'll be instrumental in preparing and distributing critical drug products, ensuring precision and care in every step. Your expertise will directly impact patient health outcomes, providing peace of mind and access to necessary treatments.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Wednesday 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM and either Thursday 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM or Saturday 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM
  • Be eligible for a Pharmacy Technician's license for the State of Illinois.


What You'll Do:



  • Process prescription exceptions, adeptly resolving claim rejects and conducting essential outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately input member demographics and prescription details into our advanced data processing systems.
  • Investigate and resolve complex rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with Pharmacists, escalating prescription-related questions for expert interpretation and guidance.
  • Provide exceptional support by assisting with both inbound and outbound patient and physician communications.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $19.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
