The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The EMT Lead Educator educates, trains, and professionally develop students in the Emergency Medical Technician program. The lead instructor is wholly responsible for activities directly related to scheduled instruction. This can include lecture, labs, clinical, performance and coaching assignments, as well as student assessment and testing. Lead Educators must be well versed in the delivery of content in full accordance with National EMS Educational Standards and the State of New Jersey regulations and protocols with the end goal of properly preparing students for NREMT examinations. The EMT Lead Educator will report directly to the EMT Program Coordinator. The EMT Lead educator models the expected behaviors and engages staff with professionalism, courtesy and respect and supports the daily operations of education programs within the Training Center.
