This is an individual contributor at our FSD - Elyria, Ohio facility. Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying customer needs, developing technical solutions, and driving new business opportunities from concept through launch, with a focus on aerospace fuel pump applications. The position works closely with business development, engineering, manufacturing, and customers to evaluate requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure technically sound, commercially viable solutions. It requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Essential Functions: 1. Develops project objectives by reviewing technical requirements (e.g. technical and commercial project proposals; customer statements of work) conferring with senior management. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and staffing and resource 9. May be asked to support/assist high performance team and lean manufacturing initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor' degree (BS) (or Professional Engineer (PE) Certificate) in engineering or a science technical discipline; Master's or Ph.D advanced degree preferred. - Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 10-12 years of related experience.
