Wentworth Health Partners Cardiology offers expert care in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease to enhance your overall health. We are a full-service practice offering a full range of cardiology services including, general and interventional cardiology, heart failure, interventional procedures, electrophysiology, device implants, anticoagulation management and more.
We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN to support our practice located at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover, NH on Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions:
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
No

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
