ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Acts as an administrator of the Company's Learning Management System (Mouser U/Cornerstone); this includes but is not limited to assigning and updating courses, tracking all company assignments and training initiatives, conducing frequent reporting, and analyzing reports/training data to produce training and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborates with TD Manager and HR Partners on needs analysis for business training opportunities and best practices.
  • Updates New Hire Orientation content by consistently collaborating with the HR team and TD Manager; and ensures all onboarding preparation is complete before NHO.
  • Facilitates New Hire Orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Designs, develops, and coordinates internal training materials as determined by TD Manager.
  • Assists TD Manager and functional managers with Individual Development Plans and delivery for high performing individuals.
  • Facilitates training courses as needed, alone or in tandem with other appropriate parties (TD Manager, HR Partners, functional managers, etc).
  • Acts as the point of contact for external vendors on potential training/development opportunities, learning management companies (IMS), and survey and assessment platforms (Qualtrics, SHL).
  • Evaluates training efficiency and business impact through formalized metrics and accurate reporting.
  • Creates step by step onboarding guidelines for all roles within the HR department.
  • Maintains the annual training/Talent Development calendar.
  • Tracks any TD budgetary items.
  • Co-leads Mouser internship, Mstudy, and PTECH programs with TD Manager, Talent Acquisition, and HR Partner(s); this includes owning the administrative functions of those programs including but not limited to creating and proposing the calendar of activities, attending events, tracking costs, and proposing the program outlines to management.
  • Assists with other Talent Development initiatives as necessary; (SHL) assessment tools, job descriptions, and competency mapping.



SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS



  • Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong presentation skills are required.
  • Must obtain or possess the ability to create and modify scalable training content within multiple formats (e-learning, classroom, and small group settings/IDPs).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and all levels is needed.
  • Advanced PC skills, and exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office required.



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Internal candidates: Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Mouser employee.
  • External candidates: Minimum 1 year of prior relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or equivalent preferred.
  • Cornerstone System Administration certification preferred.
  • Experience with course design tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) preferred
