APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manage multiple concurrent projects aligned with digital transformation goals Develop comprehensive project plans including dependencies, milestones, and deployment strategies Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, and external partners Track progress using tools such as JIRA/ADO, SharePoint, and Power BI Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Ensure alignment with broader business objectives and strategic initiatives Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in program or project management delivering complex initiatives Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience using tools such as JIRA, ADO, Power BI, or SharePoint What Sets You Apart: Experience in digital transformation or large-scale system implementations Proven experience working in matrixed organizations and managing cross-functional stakeholders Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and CAD environments Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-driven decisions Additional Information: Hybrid/Virtual Flex role based in Tualatin, OR (must reside within 50 miles) Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Candidates must complete an in-person meeting prior to or on their start date Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
