Job Description

The Digital MarketingLeadis a vital member of thebrand and demandmarketing team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role requires a dynamic individual who willbe responsible forexecuting key digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, demandgenerationand customer engagement. The Digital MarketingLeadwill play a crucial role in enhancing the company's online presence,optimizingdigital advertising campaigns,maintainingthe digitalexperience and website, and managing various digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO and SEM, PPCand digital advertising programs,WordPress CMS,leadgeneration,nurturing and management, QA and testing, online reputation management, and social media.

Responsibilities Include:

Digital Marketing Activation

  • Execute andoptimizeall digital marketing activities includingPPC, SEO, Paid Social, Websites, Visualizers, Marketing Automationto drive demand,increase brand visibilityand maximize ROI
  • Implement and manage top-of-funnel digital advertising campaigns to target and attract potential customers
  • Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and SEO efforts with assisting agencies andmonitorperformance to maximize ROI
  • Assistwith owned and third-party eCommerce initiatives as needed.

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Maintain thebrand'sdigital experience and websitesto ensure a seamless user experience, including theexecutionof contentand PDPupdatesvia WordPress
  • Organize and perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality of digital marketing assets
  • Collaborate with thecorporatedigital marketing teamto continuously improve our websites, including enhancements andtroubleshooting of website errors and bugs

Marketing Automation (Eloqua)

  • Execute lead generation,nurtureand communication campaigns in collaboration with brand and channel teams,utilizingemail marketing best practicesthat follows and nurtures customers through the purchasing cycle
  • Oversee the organization of leads within marketing automation platforms
  • Organize assets,emailsand campaigns within the Eloqua system for easy navigation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website usage / activity, campaign effectiveness for digital activities and marketing automation that are aligned with BU KPIs
  • Lead the buildout of on-demand dashboards that allow for real time viewing for KPIs and metrics for agile decision making
  • Deliver monthly performance reports
  • Recommend optimizations and pivots to all digital activities based on reporting


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent highly relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on executing and managing various digital campaigns and strategies
  • Proficiencyin using digital tools and programs for advertising, analytics, and content management systems
  • In-depth knowledge ofthe WordPress CMS,ensuring seamless experiences for customers across different channels
  • Experienceutilizingsocial media platforms and management systems for demand generation programs
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data,identifytrends, andoptimizedigital marketing activities
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
  • Experience incoordinating andoptimizingPPC campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Solid understanding of lead nurturing and management techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team


Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
