The Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Verticals is a senior in-house role with broad strategic responsibility, you will be a trusted legal advisor to the General Counsel, executive leadership including the CEO, and a growing family of affiliated vertical companies spanning design-build, self-perform, technology, supply chain, global initiatives, artificial intelligence and real estate. You will handle significant, complex matters from day one, with the autonomy to lead and the support of a collaborative team that genuinely cares about each other's success. Boston is the preferred base; exceptional candidates who prefer New York City should apply with the understanding that regular travel to Boston headquarters is expected. Serve as a responsive, practical legal advisor to internal clients across Suffolk and its vertical affiliates on a wide range of daily legal and business matters

Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position (Associate General Counsel) in US-NY-New York is between $222,000 and $311,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk's total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
