GENERAL SUMMARY
The Plant Accounting Manager is a newly created position supporting the establishment of DeZURIK's new manufacturing facility in Houston. This role will serve as the financial leader for the new facility, partnering closely with Plant Leadership to build and stand up all plant-level accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities span cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, inventory valuation, internal controls, financial reporting, and the development of scalable processes and systems to support the new facility. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a new operation and play a key role in its long-term success. Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron, and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $98,221 to $122,776 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
