Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Screen Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This position is responsible for operating screen printing equipment used to print on apparel and other garment products, while maintaining quality, color consistency, and production standards.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate screen printing equipment used for apparel and garment printing.
  • Print on garments and related products such as shirts, shorts, pants, tank tops, tote bags, and other apparel items.
  • Set up jobs according to production specifications, including screens, inks, garments, and machine settings.
  • Prepare inks for proper color, consistency, and quality.
  • Use Pantone color references and color matching standards to help ensure accurate output.
  • Visually inspect garments throughout the production run for print quality, registration, color accuracy, and defects.
  • Identify and communicate color issues, print inconsistencies, screen issues, or basic machine concerns.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to support safe and consistent production.
  • Coordinate with the production team to prioritize jobs and adjust workflow when deadlines or production needs change.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job, equipment, and production area.
  • You Must Have:
  • Screen printing experience, preferably in apparel or garment printing.
  • Experience printing on garments or apparel, not paper-based printing.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good color discernment and the ability to recognize color mismatches or print defects.
  • Basic mechanical ability and comfort working with production equipment.
  • Ability to follow job specifications, production instructions, and quality standards.
  • Good reading and communication skills.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and consistent attendance.

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including apparel, garments, inks, screens, and print materials.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • 3+ years of screen printing experience.
  • Experience operating M&R screen printing equipment.
  • Experience with M&R equipment such as Gauntlet or Sportsman.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic machine, screen, ink, or registration issues.
  • Ability to use measuring tools such as a tape measure and T-square.
  • Ability to work with close tolerances.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
  • High degree of analytical skills.
  • Interest in learning and growing within apparel screen printing.
