Role Overview: Drive pipeline growth that directly fuels revenue expansion and customer acquisition across high value target accounts. This role operates at the intersection of data driven prospecting, strategic account planning, and personalized engagement, influencing how modern buyers experience the earliest stages of their journey. You will partner closely with Account Executives to shape territory strategy, prioritize high intent opportunities, and convert both inbound and outbound signals into qualified pipeline. You will gain exposure to enterprise sales motions, advanced go to market technologies, and a clear path toward closing roles and broader revenue ownership. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive qualified pipeline generation by identifying, engaging, and converting high intent prospects into sales opportunities aligned to revenue goals
- Design and execute multi channel outbound strategies that increase response rates, meeting conversion, and account penetration
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks such as MEDDPIC to ensure strong opportunity fit and sales readiness
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans that prioritize high value targets and accelerate deal progression
- Build and maintain comprehensive account and contact profiles using intent data, firmographic insights, and persona mapping
- Deliver highly personalized outreach across phone, email, and social channels that improves engagement and brand credibility
- Optimize lead management workflows by maintaining accurate and complete CRM data to support forecasting and reporting
- Analyze outreach performance metrics and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve conversion rates
- Leverage social selling strategies to build relationships, expand networks, and nurture prospects throughout the buying journey
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in a pipeline generation or prospecting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions to business needs
- Experience working in fast paced environments with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process discipline
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms to support prospecting, research, and engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced prospecting and intent data tools such as 6sense and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDPIC, BANT, or similar methodologies
- Experience with social selling strategies and digital engagement techniques
- Exposure to video prospecting or modern outreach methods that enhance personalization and response rates
Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$48,600.00 - $85,400.00
