KPMG iscurrently seeking a Re-Sell Contracts Manager to join our EnterpriseContracting Center.

  • Apply a thorough understanding of contract lifecycle management practices to serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end alliance-related and resale contracting workflows. Manage intake, pipeline demand, and execution from initiation through signature while proactively addressing bottlenecks, supporting rapid re-prioritization for high-impact opportunities, and monitoring partner performance against contractual obligations
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reseller and channel partnership agreements for technology products and services. This includes resell and referral agreements, hyperscaler marketplaces, client-facing resale contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms), renewals, and supporting pricing models, rebates, and incentives
  • Act as the primary liaison across sales, finance, the business, Office of General Counsel (OGC), Risk Management, and the Enterprise Commercial Contracting Office to review vendor redlines, coordinate inputs, and align contract terms with business objectives. Triage legal versus operational needs, appropriately escalate complex or high-risk items, and ensure all contracts strictly comply with firm policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
  • Manage a centralized contracts repository for executed agreements and standard templates to track status, expirations, renewals, and compliance obligations
  • Provide internal stakeholders with hands-on guidance regarding contracting requirements, risk mitigation, sequencing, and best practices for reseller relationships
  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation within executed tasks, processes, and procedures
  • May oversee work product(s) and lead entire small projects, managing deadlines and supervising junior staff while acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment. Positively influence and mentor less experienced team members, serve as a credible source of knowledge, provide feedback, and potentially serve as a formal performance manager

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience in contract management, partner, channel, or resale contracting environment, preferably within technology or SaaS industries or service provider industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (JD or LLM is a plus)
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex contracting, partner program structures, and alliance business models (resell, referral, marketplace, systems integrator delivery), revenue structures, and procurement. Ability to interpret complex contractual language, translating legal complexity into pragmatic business recommendations and actions. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, balancing attention to detail and problem-solving with a focus on big-picture go-to-market strategy
  • Ability to manage programs and orchestrate workflows, applying high judgment in prioritization and issue resolution to make concrete decisions that impact the organization. Establish credible relationships and provide cross-functional leadership, seamlessly partnering with Legal, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Sales Ops, and Alliance stakeholders to execute contracts, ensure compliant transactions, and advocate for leading practices. Proficiency with contract management software or enterprise systems (such as DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, or SAP) is required
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal/written communication, reading comprehension, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Must be able to prioritize, delegate, and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
