Summary of the Job: The Senior Advisor develops opportunities through FNBO banker referrals, centers of influence, community relationships, and direct prospecting. The role supports all customer personas, from start-ups and locally owned businesses to larger commercial and corporate clients, tailoring the sales approach and recommended solution to each customer's needs and complexity. About This Role: Key Accountabilities:
The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Five or more years of successful sales experience and strong Merchant Services industry knowledge. * Demonstrated ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio across businesses ranging from start-ups to corporate clients and across industry verticals. * A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proven success managing multiple customer relationships and active sales opportunities at the same time. * Experience using CRM, pipeline-management, and sales-prospecting tools. Additional Requirements: * Ability to work independently, create momentum, and collaborate effectively with bankers, product partners, implementation teams, and support teams. * Established community connections and a willingness to be an engaged, visible presence in the markets served. * Ability to prioritize effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple active opportunities. * Willingness to travel for customer meetings, community activities, team events, or as needed by leadership. * Professional conduct, positive working relationships, and regular and predictable attendance. Desired: * Merchant Services sales experience, payment-network knowledge, and Salesforce proficiency. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $65,329.00-$107,794.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
