POSITION SUMMARY The Senior HR Generalist is a critical member of the HR team responsible for delivering operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, while ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and is responsible for core HR processes, systems accuracy, and benefits administration with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and data integrity. This role partners cross-functionally and across departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant processes while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving execution. WORKING CONDITIONS Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday (list any particular schedule). Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting. PAY RANGE The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
