We are seeking an experienced Export Compliance Senior Specialist to join our Export Compliance & Policies Licensing team. This is an Expert-level individual contributor role responsible for providing strategic export licensing guidance across Keysight's global business. Working as a trusted advisor, you will partner with engineering, legal, HR, supply chain, operations, and business teams to enable compliant international collaboration while ensuring adherence to U.S. export control regulations. In this role, you will manage export licensing requirements for hardware, software, technical data, and services throughout the product lifecycle. You will prepare and manage export license applications and agreements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), provide practical guidance on complex licensing requirements, and help teams navigate challenging export compliance scenarios. Success in this role requires deep hands-on export licensing experience, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world in a highly collaborative, global environment.
