The role ensures procurement operates as a strategic partner to the business rather than a transactional function. 2. Procurement Strategy and Operational Execution Define and execute procurement operational strategies that improve processes, systems, and governance across the enterprise. This includes translating strategic objectives into scalable operating models, performance metrics, and execution plans. The responsibility drives measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and value realization. 3. Financial Stewardship and Resource Optimization Oversee procurement-related budgets and financial plans to ensure optimal use of resources and sustained cost efficiency. This responsibility includes evaluating investments, managing trade-offs, and ensuring financial discipline across procurement initiatives. The role supports enterprise financial objectives through informed, data-driven decision-making. 4.
