Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver to help individuals live independently and thrive in their communities.

Position Details

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexible schedule with weekend rotation
  • Benefits-eligible position


What You'll Do

As a CSL Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, and aging-related challenges so they can remain safely and successfully in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:



  • Providing individualized support, companionship, and guidance
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene, and organization
  • Supporting wellness goals and medication monitoring (non-prescriber)
  • Providing transportation and helping individuals access community resources and activities
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and community engagement
  • Completing required documentation and participating in team meetings
  • Attending training and professional development opportunities


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to meet auto insurance requirements
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred (may be required after hire)
