Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential waterfront location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, exterior spaces, and perimeter lines, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity at the location, verify permissions when required, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
  • Support marina and residential property operations by observing docks, walkways, amenities, and nearby grounds for hazards, trespassing, and/or suspicious activity, and communicating concerns in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
