Position Summary The Manager, Enterprise External Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing operational and technical activities related to enterprise financial reporting, audits, consolidations, and internal management reporting functions across Boston Children's Hospital and affiliated entities. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and affiliate organizations to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual, and year-end reporting deliverables while maintaining compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies. The Manager also provides leadership and oversight to Financial Reporting staff, supports enterprise-wide process improvements, and leads strategic initiatives related to financial reporting, accounting guidance implementation, and operational efficiencies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required Master's degree preferred CPA certification preferred Experience:
