Commercial Program Manager, Americas
Hybrid | Aurora, IL In this role, you will serve as a critical connector between regional and global teams, ensuring commercial initiatives, retail execution programs, product launches, and operational priorities are delivered with speed, visibility, and accountability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution while partnering across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and external vendors to bring initiatives to life.
Responsibilities Commercial Program Management & Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate execution of key global and regional commercial initiatives across the Americas business
- Translate global priorities into actionable regional execution plans with clear milestones and accountability
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Drive alignment and communication across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams
- Lead cross-functional execution cadences, status tracking, and stakeholder follow-through
- Support launch readiness for product launches, campaigns, retail activations, and strategic initiatives
- Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and operational risks while proactively driving solutions
- Help establish project management best practices, governance structures, and scalable workflows
Retail Execution & In-Store Programs
- Lead end-to-end coordination of retail display and in-store execution programs across strategic retail accounts
- Coordinate creative approvals, production timelines, fixture development, logistics, installation, and retailer requirements
- Partner closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure retail readiness and consistent execution
- Manage external agencies, merchandising partners, display vendors, and installation timelines
- Support retail expansion initiatives, display refreshes, and launch programs
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure operational alignment and on-time delivery
- Ensure strong brand consistency and quality across retail touchpoints
Process Improvement & Organizational Enablement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, trackers, timelines, and reporting tools
- Standardize execution workflows and project management practices across teams
- Support initiatives focused on launch excellence, workflow simplification, and scalable execution
- Partner with leadership to improve organizational agility and reduce execution complexity
More About You
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management, commercial operations, retail execution, trade marketing, or cross-functional business coordination
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating initiatives across regional and global teams preferred
- Strong ability to drive accountability, execution consistency, and follow-through in matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting retail displays, merchandising, in-store execution, or physical retail activations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
- Experience in consumer electronics, premium brands, or omnichannel retail environments preferred
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
