The Lead Mental Health Technician (MHT) works collaboratively with the CNO, Milieu Manager, Nurse Manager(s), Nurse Educator, Risk Management, Director of Performance Improvement to manage the milieu of the specific assigned unit to provide a safe, efficient, and cohesive milieu that supports the policies and procedures of the organization. The Lead MHT will provide direct support/education to the scheduled Nursing staff, MHTs, Therapists and any other disciplines as warranted. The Lead MHT will supervise the MHTs under the direction of the Milieu Manager and CNO. Qualifications Requirements:
