Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a region by supporting and partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director to drive operational efficiency and sales effectiveness. This individual will serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners, while managing reporting, dashboards, and key administrative processes. The role also supports onboarding, event coordination, and day-to-day sales operations, helping ensure seamless execution and strong alignment across the region.

Key Responsibilities

    Develop working relationship with and act as liaison between our Headquarter Office, the North American Markets, our Customer Information Center, Supply Chain, retailers, customers, & vendors.
  • Partner with and support the Regional Sales Director with budget planning, preparing presentations, ad hoc reporting, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain, organize and prioritize files, reports, documents and correspondence.
  • Manage daily sales dashboards and the broadcasting of KPIs, contest results, etc.
  • Support onboarding for new hires within designated market (ordering of IT equipment, cell phones, business cards, Amex requests, etc.).
  • Organize and carryout all logistical activities required for planning meetings, events & trainings (food orders, materials, room assignments, audio visual).
  • Organize, distribute, and track sporting event tickets for Market.
  • Provide administrative support with expense reporting, managing calendars, contacts, distribution lists, etc.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years of administrative related experience
  • Ability to manage, take initiative, and prioritize own work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Outlook, Publisher, Acrobat, Concur and CRM
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship management and team interaction skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Project management skills with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Organized and detail oriented with the proven ability to function smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to review sales data to identify trends to maximize sales production

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally (e.g. files, boxes of documents).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Visual activity required for reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for audits, training or compliance-related meetings as needed.

The salary range listed herein refers to the amount the Company is willing to pay at the time of posting. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, job location, and other relevant factors.
