Our Gynecologic Oncology team offers an integrative approach to the diagnosis, treatment and surgical management of women cancers. We believe that long-term care after cancer treatment is as important as your current treatment. Scope: Northwest Cancer Centers is seeking a dynamic Finance Director/Controller with a primary focus on financial planning, analytics, and strategic decision support. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights, driving business growth, and partnering with senior management and physician leaders. The successful candidate will champion FP&A initiatives, lead financial operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This position is responsible for controllership including the preparation and management of the division's financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with the aid of Accounting & Finance Operations staff. These duties supporting Northwest Cancer Centers would occupy approximately 75% of this position's time. In addition to supporting Northwest Cancer Centers, this position will also support a smaller oncology practice in the geographic region. This other practice can be serviced remotely. The duties supporting this practice will occupy approximately 25% of this position's time. Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning & Analytics
