Recruiter: Neelam Patel / Neelam.patel@airliquide.com / 913.343.5762 This senior-level role is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, and compliance of all US health and welfare benefit plans, serving approximately 20,000 benefits-eligible employees. The position manages over $250 million in gross medical/RX spending, overseeing relationships with about 12 vendors/carriers, system data feeds, and annual open enrollment. This leader plays a critical part in determining plan design and subsidy strategy for the entire U.S. benefits program.
