Position Summary

Position Summary

This intern position will provide a great opportunity to work with the Sales and Marketing team on Marketing projects related to project management, product launches, creation of marketing material, as well as many other customer-facing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web).

  • Prepare detailed promotional campaigns.

  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.

  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.

  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

  • Participate in special projects and/or perform other tasks, as assigned by Supervisor.

  • Product development projects from start to finish aligning all disciplines within the organization.

  • Perform these and all other duties as responsibilities necessitate.

Qualifications

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher at an accredited 4-year college or university.

  • Must be a Junior or Senior status with GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrates a growing knowledge of human resource disciplines and principles.

  • Ability to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions handling multiple priorities.

  • Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
