Position Location - Downtown Chicago - Hybrid RRD is seeking a Senior Director, International Tax to play a pivotal role in shaping our global tax strategy during a period of transformative growth. Reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Tax, this is a hands-on role encompassing income tax planning, tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax controversy. This leader will serve as the primary strategic partner to our non-U.S. leaders, ensuring seamless alignment across our global tax footprint, which includes over 135 legal entities. A critical near-term priority will be leading the tax integration of a recent major acquisition, harmonizing tax operations across newly acquired subsidiaries in 30+ non-U.S. jurisdictions. This leader will take full ownership of international tax planning and transfer pricing methodologies, designing sustainable, value-driven structures that support our expanding global presence while assisting with world-class tax compliance and reporting. Additional Information RRD's current salary range for this role is $172,400 to $275,800 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
