Inventory Data Specialist

• Review and validate item setup accuracy, including UPCs, descriptions, sizing, categorization, flags, and related attributes.
• Monitor error logs, resolve support tickets, and update item master data following established SOPs.
• Participate in data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, enrichment, and process improvement efforts.
• Develop an understanding of the item lifecycle and procurement flow while supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Systems, Business Analytics, etc.) or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience and familiarity with SAP HANA or similar ERP systems are a plus.
