Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HBB).

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, Massachusetts, with the option for remote support.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Provide acquisition and program management support in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidance
  • Support development and maintenance of acquisition reports, briefings, schedules, and program documentation
  • Assist Program Managers and IPT Leads with program execution, acquisition planning, and risk management activities
  • Support cost, schedule, and performance management efforts across acquisition and development programs
  • Review and support acquisition documentation including RFPs, SRDs, SOWs, CDRLs, LCSPs, APBs, and milestone briefings
  • Support implementation and execution of acquisition and development activities with Government and contractor teams
  • Assist with development of acquisition strategies, source selection documentation, and program risk assessments
  • Review contractor deliverables, schedules, and integration activities
  • Support Mission Planning Environment (MPE) activities, software development evaluations, and operational planning efforts
  • Provide support for EVM analysis, funding documentation, and acquisition reporting activities


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree,OR

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 15+ years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in DoD
  • Experience with Air Battle Management
  • Experience with Air Operations
  • Weapons School/Top Gun Graduate
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 acquisition processes
  • Experience supporting acquisition lifecycle management activities
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and cloud cost/performance management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles
  • Experience supporting acquisition reporting, risk management, and milestone review activities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and DoD acquisition systems including IDECS, EDA, and CCaR
Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and Integrated Product Teams

Travel: Travel may be required at the customer's discretion
